Food For Thought

Since February 2020 when COVID started, I’ve been leading mindfulness practices twice a week, for free. My intention is to give you resources you can use on the spot, whether you’re new to this, or have prior experience, so you can cope effectively with anything you’re dealing with.  These sessions include guided practices, explanations and practical tips – spiced up with readings, poetry and other surprises.  They’re free, and they’re yours to keep forever.

People tell me that this regular ongoing support has helped them stay grounded and strong
despite these challenging times.  They’ve maintained their sense of perspective, and their sense of humor. They feel resilient.

Want that for yourself?
